Dear EFORT National Societies,

 

This email will be of particular interest to all orthopaedic surgeons interested in hand surgery and we are contacting you to draw your attention to the FESSH Academy 2021 taking place in Budapest, Hungary, from 20 to 23 October this year. The FESSH Academy is an event designed for young orthopaedic hand surgeons to exchange latest scientific knowledge around the topic and discuss and meet with peers in the field. EFORT has been offered the opportunity to nominate five orthopaedic surgeons who will be given the possibility to register at a special reduced fee.

 

Any interested candidates who would like to take part in the competition are asked to send in a one page motivation letter, outlining their motives and why they should be chosen to. Applications have to be sent to nina.nuernberger@efort.org no later than Monday, 26 April 2021 at 11:59 CET. Selection will be based on qualifications and national diversity. EFORT will inform all applicants about the outcome and the nominees will be communicated to FESSH, who will then be responsible for all further correspondence and provide more details to the selected candidates.
